libappstreamqt0 software package provides Qt4 library to access AppStream services, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libappstreamqt0
libappstreamqt0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libappstreamqt0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libappstreamqt0 *
You will get with libappstreamqt0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
